Can I get my money back if for any reason I’m not satisfied with the quality of service?

Yes. Your money is refundable within 60 days of payment. Without asking any questions, we will return the money at your request.

What form of payment do you accept?

At the moment we only accept online forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

If I bought a one-month plan, can I later upgrade to an unlimited version?

Yes. We offer a flexible upgrading system. Here’s an example of how it works. Let’s assume you paid $17 for one month, but later decide to upgrade to an unlimited version. There’s no need to pay $297. Instead, you only pay the difference, which is $280 in this case. Similarly, if you bought a three-month plan ($47) and want to upgrade to a one-year plan ($167), you only pay the difference, or $120 ($167-$47).

What does “unlimited operator seats” mean?

Just about every company providing similar service allows for an unlimited amount of operators using one account. However, the catch is that you have to pay for each additional online operator.
