Real Time Visitor Monitoring
xooChat tracks yours website's visitors in real-time. As soon as the user opens your site or navigates from page to page, the visit is instantly recorded and displayed on your console. 
Geolocation Data. Having the IP address and using the geolocation technology of MaxMind company, xooChat shows you the country of each visitor.
Live Keywords. The Live Keywords technology allows you to identify the keywords that visitors use to navigate to your site from different search engines, including Google, Yahoo!, and Live, all in real-time mode. 
Operator Console
If you’re like us, then you are probably obsessed over the idea of providing live customer support in live chat. If that's the case, the operator console is going to become one of your most used tools. 
Launch on System Boot. Since you are most likely to use the operator console to communicate with your visitors on a daily basis, you can adjust the application settings to make it load automatically with system launch.
Minimize to System Tray. Minimization to the system tray has become a default function for chatting and instant messaging applications, and xooChat is not too far behind in that regard. From now on when you close the application, you minimize it to the system tray; you can restore it by double-clicking the system tray icon.
Online / Away Status. If you need to step out for a moment, you don’t have to exit the application. Just change your status from "Online" to "Away" and become inaccessible to your visitors while still being connected to the server.
Automatic “Away” Status on System Idle Time Detection. If you step out and forget to change your status to "Away", after some time the application detects your absence and goes to standby mode, thereby automatically switching the application’s status to "Away". As soon as you return and show signs of activity, the application changes your status back to "Online".
Custom Notes. Along with all the data tracked by the service, you can also attach your own notes to each visitor. The program saves the notes and displays them on each repeated visit. It's a very convenient tool to add reminders about prospective customers.
Sound Notification. There is no need for you to sit and stare at the screen to track the activities of your website’s visitors. Audio warnings will notify you of a new visitor, a chat request, or a new message from the visitor. 
Configurable Grid. You can easily configure the grid that displays your visitors. These are just some of the things it lets you do: modify column width, drag and change columns’ location on the grid, as well as sort and hide unwanted data. 
Enter or Ctrl+Enter to Send Messages. Do you get confused when you hit Enter assuming that the message will be sent but a newline is inserted instead? You can easily avoid this confusion in the operator console by adjusting the appropriate setting. 
Unicode. The console was built with Unicode in mind. For you it means you can chat in any language natively. 
Visitor Chat Window
When the user clicks on the chat button, a window pops up prompting the user’s name prior to commencing the chat session. Here are some of the features that the chat window offers: 
Typing Notification. Whenever the person you’re chatting with is typing a message, you are instantly notified.
Adjustable Fields. Before accepting a chat request, you as an operator might wish to obtain additional information from the user. With xooChat you can set up three fields for the user to fill in: name, email and question.
Pending Timeout. Sometimes operators are too busy to accept another chat request. Things like that do happen, but the user doesn’t have to wait for hours until the operator becomes available. They are automatically transferred to a page where they are notified of their pending timeout.
Offline Window. Quite obviously, you’re not likely to be available to chat with every user at all times. In fact, most of the time you might be offline. To accommodate that, whenever the user clicks on the chat button, a window pops up with the message that the chat is temporarily unavailable and to please try again later.
Printing Conversations. There are people who prefer to keep everything in print, and for them xooChat offers the print button.
Resizable Window. This intuitive, obvious, and simple feature is often overlooked by live help providers: chat windows are either fixed size or not resized smoothly. Live chat windows provided by xooChat are resized smoothly.
